These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with us. Please read them before buying. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Who we are
Retros Football operates this website. Our trading address is Caythorpe St, Manchester M14 4UL, United Kingdom. This is a correspondence address, not a shop or collection point — orders cannot be picked up or returned in person.
You can reach us at support@retrosfootball.com, and we reply within one working day, Monday to Friday. Email is the fastest route for anything to do with an order.
Placing an order
Adding an item to your basket is not an order. Your order is an offer to buy, and a contract is formed only when we send you a confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order — because an item is unavailable, because a price was listed in error, or because we cannot verify the payment — we will tell you and refund you in full.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free on every order.
Products
Our shirts are made from lightweight breathable polyester, in adult sizes S to XXL, cut in the style of the original strip rather than to a modern athletic fit. Measurements are on our size guide. Screen colours vary between devices, so a shade may differ slightly from the photograph.
Club, competition and national team names are used to describe the design of each shirt. Retros Football is an independent retailer.
Personalisation
Name, number and patch personalisation is free. Personalised shirts are made to your instructions, so they cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or differ from what you ordered. Check spelling, number and size before you order.
Delivery
Orders are processed in 1–5 working days and arrive in a further 6–26 working days depending on destination. Full detail, including what happens if a parcel is late, is on our delivery page.
Returns and cancellation
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return. Full detail is on our returns page. Personalised items are excluded, as permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for goods made to a customer’s specification.
Faulty items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If a shirt arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photograph and we will replace it or refund you, including any return postage.
Our liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Your account and conduct
Keep your account details secure. Do not use this site to place fraudulent orders, to scrape content, or in any way that disrupts it for other people.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
